In some cases, we won’t be able to fix your issue over the internet; on these occasions, we will usually suggest Home Tech Support, where one of our team will come to your home and fix the error there or come and collect the device and fix it and then return it usually the next day. We will try to avoid doing this, but we’ll happily visit and get you back up and running if you prefer our team to come out.
